Tribulato is a sparkling wine produced from Trebbiano Toscano grapes. This white ferments in stainless steel containers and in the spring following the harvest it spontaneously ferments in the bottle with indigenous yeasts. Andeira is an ancestral sparkling red wine made from red grapes. The name comes from the local dialect of the 19th century, and means "balocco".
