Nù Litr Rosato is a fragrant and fluid wine that comes from Negroamaro grapes and is part of the Calcarius Project, born from an idea of Valentina Passalacqua. The grapes come from young vineyards located within the Gargano National Park on white limestone rocky soil, and bred with biodynamic methods. Spontaneous fermentation with maceration on the skins for a few hours in open vats with manual hat breaking. Unfiltered and clarified wine with winter decanting in steel containers. The Nù Litr rosa is a wine with low alcohol content and which has a coral pink color. The nose is expressed, in particular, with hints of cranberries and pomegranate. On the palate it is fresh and sapid; closes with floral references.

The "Susucaru" Rossato is a wine obtained from a blend of Malvasia, Moscato Nero, Inzolia, Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio grapes that come from various vineyards scattered on the nerdy side of Etna with an average age of 50 years. Refine a few months in fiberglass tanks. It has a cherry pink color with aromas of red fruit, notes of spices and minerals. On the palate it is dry, juicy and easy to drink. A straightforward and immediate wine to drink by the liter.

The Rosé di A' Vita is an elegant and at the same time full of life wine that comes from Gagliopo grapes in purity. It has a cherry color. On the nose we perceive hints of wild strawberries and raspberries. In the mouth it is fresh and sapid with a long and mineral finish.

The Rollaball by Domaine Matassa is a Carignan and Mourvedre based wine that comes from the Les Myrs plot located on "black lands" of shale and marl. Vinification with direct whole bunch pressing, followed by spontaneous fermentation lasting 5 months in concrete tanks. After another 5 months the wine is bottled without filtration or other additions. The ideal companion also for a pizza with family or friends in front of the favorite team's match.

Sergio Arcuri's Marinetto is a rosé wine made from Gaglioppo grapes that come from a vineyard with an average age of 12 years. It is vinified in contact with the skins for a few hours, in an open concrete tank. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in concrete vats where the refinement lasts 6 months. a wine that has a beautiful coral pink color, with an interesting fruity and marine nose. A unique interpretation of Bardolino Chiaretto that combines flavor, minerality, complexity and drinkability in an old-time rosé. The first Bardolino rosé to be fermented and aged in wood, Chiar’Otto changed the paradigms of pink wine in Bardolino. The grapes come from six 1966 Veronese pergola parcels that are gathered in a single body on the side of a hill just above the town of Bardolino. The name Chiar'Otto derives from the name "Chiara" which with Daniele is the body and soul of Villa Calicantus and "Otto" the day of the month of June in which Anna, daughter of Chiara and Daniele was born.

Le Cince is a Montepulciano-based rosé wine which ages for 8-10 months in large wooden barrels. Seductive nose that evolves into a beautiful floral expression, in particular pink and violet, followed by hints of raspberry and cassis, and in closing by light mineral notes. In the mouth it is fresh, pulpy, flashes of acidity, very vinous and closes with a nice flavor. A great rosé, captivating, with great personality but with an impressive drink.
