The Bianco by Testalonga is a wine that is produced with local grapes and which macerates on the skins for 5 days. The grapes come from old vines grown between the sea and the mountains. The bunches are harvested manually, and in the cellar they are pressed with the feet without destemming. Fermentation is spontaneous with the use of only indigenous yeasts, and maceration on the skins lasts 5 days. Refine in old barrels for several months. A wine that offers mineral and brackish notes, with hints of aromatic herbs, citrus fruits and hydrocarbons. On the palate it is juicy, fresh, and very savory.

Janko Stekar's Rebula Prilo is a long-macerated white wine on the skins obtained from the grapes of the same name. Aging for 6 years in acacia barrels. At the sip it has an excellent acidity and salinity, with a present tannin and a good softness on the finish.

Solleone is a wine of character and not trivial that comes from white grapes.Fermentation is spontaneous with long maceration on the skins for about 60 days. Refine in steel tanks on its fine lees for two years. The wine is not filtered before being bottled. The Solleone is golden in color. Ronco Severo's Ribolla is a full-bodied and sapid macerated white wine made from 100% Ribolla Gialla grapes, a native Friulian grape variety. In the show glass of golden yellow color. Volpe Rosa is the rosé from Cantina Giardino which is made from Coda di Volpe Rossa grapes, an ancient and rare Campania grape variety. 2 days maceration and one year aging in chestnut barrels. It has a copper color with small orange shades. Intense nose sensations of dried flowers with notes of candied fruit and caramelized notes. In the mouth it is dry with an excellent acid texture with a pleasant and invigorating finish. Only 400 bottles produced.

O... is an orange wine obtained from a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio and Sauvignon. Maceration in contact with the skins for 3/4 months. The aging continues in 25/35 hl oak barrels for about 40 months. No clarification or filtration or use of sulfur dioxide throughout the winemaking process. Oslavje is a wine with a slightly coppery golden color. The nose is complex, persistent, with hints of fruit, in particular apple and dried fruit. On the palate it has a broad, mineral taste and at the same time slightly tannic and elegant.
