EHey! by Amos Baneres is a white wine obtained from a blend of Macabeo and Xarel-lo. In the cellar the Macabeo is pressed directly while the Xarel-lo is destemmed and macerated for 10 days on the skins. Fermentation takes place spontaneously in steel with indigenous yeasts and subsequently the wine ages for 12 months with the Xarel-lo in wooden barrels and the Macabeo in steel. A wine that offers fruity hints of peach, citrus aromas and notes of anise, and does not lack lightness and freshness.

Philip Lardot's Pinot Gris is a wine out of any scheme, which after the initial oxidative notes refers to fruity fragrances. Beatnik is a white wine macerated on the skins that comes from Trebbiano Toscano grapes. Aging in concrete. It has a golden yellow color. On the nose, aromas of exotic fruit and candied fruit stand out. The taste is intense with light mineral notes, and well balanced acidity and tannins. Exotic and candied fruit returns to the palate.
