Franco Terpin's IlLegal is a wine macerated on the skins made with "I don't know" grapes that come from an unknown vineyard. A crazy wine which is striking for its magnificent coppery yellow colour, for the fragrant fruity and floral aromas, for the rustic freshness and for the soft and light tannic texture. Left to mature for a few months in large wooden barrels, before being bottled without filtration or clarification. A wine that expresses the territory with strength and personality.

Cantina Giardino's Fiano "Gaia" is an intense and complex wine made from grapes of the homonymous vine that come from old vines with an age ranging from 30 to 100 years. The refinement takes place inside the same containers, on the fine lees, for 12 months. It has fruity and floral aromas on the nose, followed by a slightly spicy note. The sip is of great structure, beautiful acidity and well integrated alcoholic note, it closes on citrus notes and sweet aftertaste

Janko Stekar's Rebula Prilo is a long-macerated white wine on the skins obtained from the grapes of the same name. Aging for 6 years in acacia barrels. On the nose aromas of caramelized orange peel, notes of amber and ginger, tobacco leaves and aromatic herbs. At the sip it has an excellent acidity and salinity, with a present tannin and a good softness on the finish.

Solleone is a wine of character and not trivial that comes from white grapes.Fermentation is spontaneous with long maceration on the skins for about 60 days. Refine in steel tanks on its fine lees for two years. The wine is not filtered before being bottled. The Solleone is golden in color. The impact is explosive on the nose with notes of ripe fruit, orange blossom flowers, honeyed, balsamic and mentholated sensations. On the palate it is warm, fresh, delicately tannic, with a very long closure.

Ronco Severo's Ribolla is a full-bodied and sapid macerated white wine made from 100% Ribolla Gialla grapes, a native Friulian grape variety. In the show glass of golden yellow color. Volpe Rosa is the rosé from Cantina Giardino which is made from Coda di Volpe Rossa grapes, an ancient and rare Campania grape variety. 2 days maceration and one year aging in chestnut barrels. It has a copper color with small orange shades. Intense nose sensations of dried flowers with notes of candied fruit and caramelized notes. In the mouth it is dry with an excellent acid texture with a pleasant and invigorating finish. Only 400 bottles produced.

Cinqueterre by Possa is a macerated white wine obtained from the regional varieties Bosco and Albarola. Refine for eight months in small oak barrels. Straw yellow with golden reflections.
