Alpino by Furlani is a sparkling wine obtained from a blend of local aromatic white grapes that come from pergola-grown vineyards. The grapes are harvested in late September and fermented spontaneously. The base wine is fermented in the bottle with the addition of indigenous yeasts only. Sulfur dioxide is not added and the lunar cycles for decanting are followed. It is not filtered. A sparkling wine with aromas of ripe fruit and alpine herbs on the nose. Bett is an ancestral sparkling red wine made from red grapes and produced in just over 200 bottles. The grapes come from a vineyard that was planted between 1970 and 2000. Bett is the voice of the Carpenetese dialect of the second half of the nineteenth century, and means “sprout, throw”. It matures for about 6 months in terracotta amphorae, before being transferred to the bottle for refermentation. A wine that proves very fresh on the sip, with excellent acidity and gritty tannins, very drinkable.

Znéstra di Crocizia is a sparkling wine based on Malvasia di Candia which is naturally refermented in the bottle.
