Faia by Mai & Kenji is an expressive, complex white wine with excellent acidity. Obtained from pure chenin blanc grapes which come from small plots located on soil characterized by clayey sands, rich in quartz. Refines for 12 months in used wooden barrels. As de les Annèes Folles Ancestrale is an ancestral sparkling wine made from Pineau D'Aunis and Chenin Blanc grapes.
