Gaz de Schistes by Domaine Durrman is an aromatic pet nat with citrus scents and a vibrant acidity. The name derives from the schist slopes from which the grapes come. The Pinot Blanc is macerated for three weeks before being blended with Pinot Gris and Riesling, which continue fermentation together before finishing fermentation in the bottle. Lively and spirited, it amuses with every sip.

Malvasia "Levante 90" is a sparkling wine produced with the method of refermentation in bottle from Malvasia di Candia and Spergola grapes. It has a bright straw yellow color. Bifaro Bianco is a wine macerated on the skins, of great expressiveness and taste-olfactory richness. Obtained from Mantonico and Malvasia grapes, coming from a vineyard at 400 meters. The fermentation is spontaneous with maceration on the skins for 1 day, to then finish its refinement in steel. The nose offers notes of bergamot, Mediterranean herbs and wild flowers. On the palate it is agile, direct and highly drinkable.

Cantillon's Gueuze is the final result of a complex blend of Lambics of different ages and with different tastes preserved in oak barrels. Once bottled, the bottles are placed horizontally in a cellar and left to rest for about a year, so that the total transformation of sugars into carbon dioxide takes place, i.e. refermentation. When the process is finished and the lambic turns into a frothy beer it will be called Gueuze.A beer that has an intense golden color, the aromas perceived on the nose and palate are pungent and intense, as the style dictates. The aroma and taste are characterized by acidulous and fruity notes, with hints of wood, leather and background. On the palate the drink is enveloping and characterized by astringent and sour notes that accompany the sip to the end. Suitable for aging.

The Bianco R of Le Coste is a "Riserva" produced with the best company white grapes picked at full maturity, after being de-stemmed they ferment in contact with the skins in open French oak vats for about 3 weeks. After pressing, the wine is decanted into 5 hl French oak barrels for about 20 months. After being bottled, it rests for a further 6 months before release. Also in this case, thanks to the vintage, the wine is very elegant and with an acid and mineral thorn that is appreciated throughout the finish.

Daniele Piccinin's Larion is a fresh wine with an irresistible sip composed of Chardonnay and Durella which come from the vineyards of Ceng iel le, Ceng iel le alte, Pollini bassa, and Verzini. The vinification takes place with maceration on the skins for the Chardonnay, while the Durella is pressed directly. Subsequently, the Durella ages in wood while the Chardonnay remains in steel on the suspended lees all the time. It is a wine that presents a notable richness of aromas ranging from ripe fruit to floral nuances, from dried fruit to spicy notes. At the sip there is a marked flavor, excellent acidity given by Durella, and good structure and minerality.
