The Blanc De Blancs of Divella is a sparkling wine made from Chardonnay grapes coming from vineyards at about 400 meters above sea level that rest on calcareous and clayey soils of ancient formation, rich in fossil material that gives minerality to the sparkling wine. Concrete is a fresh and juicy wine that comes from local red grapes. Fermentation is spontaneous in whole bunches in concrete tanks with maceration on the skins for about 5 days.
