Charles Dufour's Extra Brut Champagne "Bulles de Comptoir 13 - Cuisine du Dimanche" is a Champagne from the Côte de Bars region, made from a blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Blanc. Most of the blend (65%) is from the 2022 vintage, with the remaining 20% being Reserve grapes from 1982-2021. Fermentation occurs spontaneously with indigenous yeasts. Aged in Burgundian barrels and large oak barrels. No fining or filtration is performed before bottling.
