"Gino" by Fattoria San Lorenzo is a white wine made from Verdicchio grapes. Aging in the same tanks for 6 months on the lees. It is the simplest of the Verdicchi di Fattoria San lorenzo but offers incredible drinkability. The color is straw yellow with a fl oreal nose on a citrine-saline note. In the mouth it is fresh and balanced. Go down and don't notice.

Una Giornata al Mare by Nuzzella is a macerated white wine produced with Carricante, and a small part of Catarratto. The fermentation takes place spontaneously in steel with indigenous yeasts and a maceration on the skins for 15 days. Refine for 6 months in French oak tonneau. A wine that offers a fresh and pleasant sip, and which expresses aromas of citrus and ripe fruit.

The Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DCOG ExtraBrut by Silvano Follador is a wine obtained from Glera grapes and small quantities of Verdiso, Perera, Bianchetta. After the careful selection of the grapes, they are fermented slowly and then aged on the fine lees for 6 months. In spring the second fermentation is carried out with the Martinotti method at the end of which the yeasts are eliminated by slow filtration. The nose is expressed with delicate varietal aromas of grapes, fresh fruit, a green apple, very delicate floral notes of flowers and minerals. In the mouth the carbon dioxide is delicate, fresh, savory, with a dry finish.

The "Stiolorosso" is an intense and persuasive sparkling red wine, creamy on the palate, which is born from the assembly of local red grapes. Only a few thousand bottles are produced. Its delicate bubbles leave a pleasant sensation of freshness and flavor in the mouth. The nose expresses floral notes of rose and violet, fruity aromas of black cherry and wild berries, as well as hints of pomegranate.
