Ripetente di Collecapretta is a white wine with excellent minerality and good body, obtained from Trebbiano Spoletino grapes. Due to a fermentation block in the 2021 vintage, it was produced with the ripasso technique, using the skins of the same type of grape as the 2022 vintage. It refines in steel for a few months.

The Forestiero di Collecapretta is a powerful and elegant red wine that comes from pure Sagrantino grapes. A handful of bunches that are harvested by hand and spontaneously vinified in open vats with maceration on the skins for 6 days. It refines in fiberglass and is bottled with the waning moon without filtering and adding sulfur. A wine where floral, fruity notes of truffle herbs, cocoa and oriental spices emerge on the nose. On the palate the tannins are very fine. Very elegant wine!

Buscaia di Collecapretta is a white wine made from Malvasia Bianca grapes with a tight bunch and Malvasia di Candia. From the yellow color tending to golden with delicate and varietal aromas of flowers, lavender and hawthorn, in which the minerality of the soil and brackish and clay tones in the sun stands out. Delicate, fresh in the mouth supported by a nice flavor.

Pigro delle Sorbe, a white wine from the Collecapretta winery, is produced from Greco grapes grown in the hills and reared as in the Umbrian peasant tradition. Aged in fiberglass for 8 months. No yeasts are added except those deriving from the grapes and from the cellar. White wine with a sunny and welcoming character: the aromas are warm and refined and the flavor demonstrates a beautiful combination of fatness and acidity.

Campo di Colonnello by Raina is a white wine macerated on the skins for 4 days and aged on its fine lees in vitrified cement tanks for 5 months. It is bottled without filtration or clarification. The nose perceives aromas of ripe fruit, floral, and notes of officinal herbs. The sip is of excellent freshness, with sapid and mineral sensations, and a finish of beautiful persistence where the notes of exotic fruit return pleasant.

Vigna Vecchia di Collecapretta is a white wine made from old Trebbiano Spoletino vines which ages in cement tanks. Golden yellow in color, with a unique, slow and neutral character in youth, it is refined acquiring mineral notes of great purity and a strong reference to the viscerality of the territory. In the mouth it is acidic and salty.

The Grechetto di Raina is a white wine obtained from the grapes of the same name that come from vineyards located at 22 m.s.l.m trained in guyot. Spontaneous fermentation with a 3-day maceration on the skins. It then ages for 3 months in steel tanks on its fine lees and 5 months in the bottle. The nose has fruity and floral aromas followed by aronatic notes. On the palate it is fresh, juicy and fruity with good minerality and slightly tannic.

Pink wine made from the vinification of red grapes Ciliegiolo. The grapes are harvested in early October and fermentation takes place in open truncated cone-shaped containers with the only indigenous yeasts. Dop mature racking in cement tanks for the winter.
