Nekaj is a rich and structured wine made from Friulano grapes from the vineyard on Monte Calvario, just outside Gorizia. "Uis Blanc Dodon" by Denis Montanar is an intense and structured macerated white wine that comes from a blend of Friulano, Sauvignon and small quantities of Pinot Bianco and Verduzzo. Malvasia by Damija Podversic is an elegant and complex wine produced with Istrian Malvasia grapes from the Gradiscutta vineyard. Terpin's Quinto Quarto Bianco is a macerated white wine that expresses the magnificent Collio area in a genuine and sincere way. After manual harvesting, fermentation is spontaneous in the cellar with maceration on the skins for 5 days. Aging in steel tanks continues for eight months. It has a golden yellow color. Sacrisassi Rosso is an elegant and velvety red wine that comes from a blend of Refosco and Schioppettino. Aging takes place for 22 months in barrique. “La Duline” by Vignai da Duline is a red wine made from Schioppettino grapes. Aging for 11 months in barriques. Light filtering before bottling. The nose is played on red berries, such as currants and raspberries, floral and spicy notes, with a vegetable touch. In the mouth, the acidity is sharp and the development of the flavor is deep, the tannin is just hinted but present in the background to support an out-of-the-ordinary flavor.
