Sandrigo by Montanar is a fresh and juicy wine that comes from pure white grapes that come from vines of 30 years of age. Aging on fine lees for 8 months in steel tanks. The nose perceives fruity aromas, reminiscent of tropical fruit, followed by citrus touches. The mouth is medium-bodied, fresh, mineral and with a fruity finish.

Ribolla Gialla by Damijan podversic is an elegant and full-bodied orangewine that comes from the grapes of the same name that come from the vineyard located on Monte Calvario, just outside Gorizia. After fermentation, it ages in large barrels for 23 months and rests in the bottle for another 6 months before being put on the market. An amber-yellow colored wine with a complex nose of ripe fruit, hints of almond paste and resinous balsamic. On the palate it is powerful with excellent acidity and elegant tannic texture.

The Not di Paraschos is a macerated white wine made from 100% Pinot Grigio grapes from the Slatnik vineyard located on marly-clayey soil. Good persistence with a return of the candied fruit.

The Kai by Paraschos is a macerated white wine of great structure and personality obtained from grapes of Friulano in purity. Sacrisassi Bianco is a soft and fragrant wine, intense and powerful, obtained from a blend of Tocai Friulano and Ribolla Gialla. It ages for 22 months in barriqeus and tonneaux.
