The grapes are harvested at peak ripeness and undergo fermentation with a brief period of skin contact. After racking, the wine undergoes natural aging and rests in the bottle for 18 months before release. Ruby red in color with garnet hues, it offers aromas of red cherry, violet, and dried herbs.
