Red wine obtained from a blend of Corvina Veronese, Rondinella and Molinara which come from vineyards located in Valgatara in the heart of Valpolicella with a very varied, calcareous soil rich in skeleton and well drained. The vinification is carried out in steel barrels for about 10-12 days at a controlled temperature. Aging in steel tanks for about 1-2 years and at least 3 months in the bottle. The color is ruby red with violet reflections of the right body, with the scent of red currant and raspberries, harmonious and velvety fresh in the mouth with hints of fresh fruit.

Semplicemente Vino Bianco by Cascina degli Ulivi is an agile and fruity wine produced with white grapes from vineyards that rest on red and clayey soils. Andrea Pilar's Syrah is a red wine with dark but sweet tones like a summer night, ready to captivate to give freedom. A unique interpretation of Bardolino Chiaretto that combines flavor, minerality, complexity and drinkability in an old-time rosé. The first Bardolino rosé to be fermented and aged in wood, Chiar’Otto changed the paradigms of pink wine in Bardolino. The grapes come from six 1966 Veronese pergola parcels that are gathered in a single body on the side of a hill just above the town of Bardolino. The name Chiar'Otto derives from the name "Chiara" which with Daniele is the body and soul of Villa Calicantus and "Otto" the day of the month of June in which Anna, daughter of Chiara and Daniele was born.

"Saltamartì" by Els Vinyerons is a juicy red wine, dominated by plum, currant and raspberry tones. Obtained from Tempranillo grapes of the 2022 vintage which are macerated on the skins for 3 days before aging in steel tanks.
