Sauro by Aurete is an excellent wine from syrah grapes that grow on clayey-clay soils. Spontaneous fermentation in amphora with maceration on the skins for 6 days. Frederic Cossard's Bedeau is a wine that comes from 100% Pinot Noir grapes from different selected plots where agriculture respects the principles of the company philosophy. The harvest is manual, with meticulous selection of the grapes. The traditional fermentation takes place in wooden vats for 5-6 weeks including the malolactic fermentation, with a subsequent rest on the lees. After maceration, the wine ages in barrique for a maximum of 3 years. The wine is on notes of red fruit with hints of raspberry and strawberry and hints of undergrowth. Good structure and rather juicy on the palate.

The Terrano di Skerlj is a true traditional wine obtained from the homonymous grapes that grow on the clayey and ferrous soils of the Karst. In the cellar, fermentation is carried out with only indigenous yeasts with a long maceration on the skins that enriches the must with aromas and flavors. Refinement lasts at least two years and takes place in wooden barrels set in the cellar dug into the rock. An earthy, taut and vibrant wine, rich in aromas of red berry fruit, with mineral notes and light notes of sweet spices.

Toseo di La Ricolla is a fresh red wine that comes from a blend of Cigliegiolo and Sangiovese. Spontaneous fermentation and maceration on the skins for 14 days in stainless steel vats. Aging in the same containers with frequent battonage for 10 months. A no-nonsense and extremely versatile wine. Tasty and sincere, in the mouth it is a real explosion of fruit. Crunchy and very drinkable, a wine with gentle tannins that is at the service of the meal.

Muster's Zweigelt is a complex wine with personality made from grapes of Zweigelt, a native Austrian grape variety. The name “Opok” derives from the calcareous-clayey soil typical of this area. The vineyards of the Opok line are the youngest of the company with an average age of 20 years. The grapes are harvested by hand and then de-stemmed. They ferment spontaneously with only indigenous yeasts in 225 liter barrels. Subsequently the wine ages in the same barrels for about 20 months. It is not filtered and no sulfur is added before bottling.

Tenuta Grillo's Pratoasciutto is an important wine made from red grapes. During the harvest, the selection of the grapes is obsessive, while in the cellar the fermentation is spontaneous with very long macerations of 40-60 days on the skins, in order to extract all the tannin necessary for aging. Refine 30 months in wooden vats, then long rest in the bottle, without filtration or clarification.

The Côtes du Rhône "Terre d'Aigles" by Domaine Richaud is a very fresh and slender red wine obtained from a blend of Grenache, Syrah, Carignan, and Counoise. The grapes come from various vineyards, with an average age of 60 years located near the Aigue river, in the municipality of Cairanne, on sandy and clayey soil. Manual harvest. Spontaneous fermentation, with short short maceration in a concrete tank. Aging in concrete for 7 months. Slight addition of sulphites (15 mg / l) only at bottling.
