The Rosso di Contrada Don Pasquale di Marabino is a wine that is an expression of the territory, with sweet tannins and good freshness. Produced from Nero d'Avola grapes coming from different vineyards: Coniglio, Lenza Lungo, Conca and Parrino, each characterized by different types of soil, exposure and slopes. To better understand the potential of each individual vineyard, each parcel is vinified and aged separately. Indulgente by Redondel is a powerful and elegant red wine obtained from 100% Teroldego grapes from vineyards located in the Rotaliana plain, the place of choice for the cultivation of Teroldego. The grapes are harvested by hand, destemmed in the cellar and fermented with only indigenous yeasts with long macerations of about 20 days. Aging in steel for 12 months. A Teroldego with an intense ruby red color. On the nose notes of raspberry, boero in spirit, violet and spicy notes. On the palate it has a strong backbone, vigorous acidity with a persistent finish.

The Ventisei is vinified in purity with Pinot Nero grapes in purity.
