The Red Brigade is a wine obtained from grapes that come from a vineyard of about 10 years that stands on calcareous-clayey soils.Vinification in classic red, fermentation in steel with maceration on the skins for about 15/20 days. After having carried out the malolactic fermentation, the wine passes into wood, old tonneaux and barriques where it rests for at least a year.

Spontaneous fermentation and aging in used barriques and then in steel tanks. Unfiltered. Only 10.5% of alcohol is the ideal wine to drink at the table or on a mild summer night.
