TZERB eRetico di Orto Tellinum is a wine obtained mainly from Chiavennasca grapes to which small quantities of Rossola, Brugnola, Pignola, Traunasca, Merlina and other rare and autochthonous ones that come from old vines cultivated in a natural way are added. "Tzerb" "is the word used in the local dialect to indicate an abandoned land. The vinification takes place with spontaneous fermentation with long macerations on the skins that can last up to 30 days. Refine for 12 months in steel.

Amarone di Monte dall'Ora is a powerful and complex red wine obtained from a blend of Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella that come from 50-year old vines still cultivated with the "married vine" system. The refinement takes place in tonneaux of 5 hl of French oak for 4 years and in bottle for 12 months. The nose recalls dried grapes, with hints of cherry, plum and undergrowth, then closing with integral and refined aromas of pepper, spices and balsamic hints. Francesco presents us this little gem produced in only 400 bottles, produced with red grapes. The grapes that grow on clayey soils are left to overripe on the plant. Berteru Sas de Melas is a red wine produced with 100% Cannonau grapes that come from the vineyard called "del Nuraghe Sas de Melas". Aging in steel tanks for nine months. The result is a wine swith an elegant tone with a predominance of red berried fruits, which vary from strawberry to blood orange, to rediscover plum, candied cherry and a touch of pomegranate. Scents of aromatic herbs such as sage emerge which introduce the balsamic note of cloves and juniper berries. A fresh entry, delicate tannins and a body that echoes the red fruit and its pulp, bring attention to intensity and progression. The drink is accompanied by omnipresent salinity.

The Montepulciano d'Abruzzo by Emidio Pepe is a red wine obtained from the homonymous grapes from vineyards located on clayey soils worked with biodynamic methods. Spontaneous fermentation in 22 and 30 hl vitrified concrete tanks without pumping over and aging on the fine lees in vitrified concrete tanks for 2 years. Amarone di Aldrighetti is a splendid wine obtained from a blend of Corvina Veronese, Rondinella and Molinara which come from vineyards located in Valgatara in the heart of Valpolicella with a very varied, calcareous soil rich in skeleton and well drained. Aging in oak barrels for about 3/4 years and at least 6 months in the bottle. Wide on the nose, with fresh and decisive aromas of red fruits such as blackberry and cherry, spicy tones reminiscent of chocolate and toasting and sweet notes of vanilla. In the mouth it is warm, balanced, persistent, soft tannins, with hints of leather, liqueur and notes of withering on the finish is an intense ruby red color.
