Torre Rosso is obtained with the classic Umbrian grapes such as Gamay del Trasimeno, Canaiolo and Ciliegiolo. It is refined in steel tanks and after two decanting of clarification respecting the phases of the moon, it is bottled without adding sulfur. The nose offers a nice olfactory bouquet, mainly composed of fruity memories, among which the hints of cherry and plum stand out. The taste is fresh and smooth, medium-bodied and persistent.

The Forestiero di Collecapretta is a powerful and elegant red wine that comes from pure Sagrantino grapes. A handful of bunches that are harvested by hand and spontaneously vinified in open vats with maceration on the skins for 6 days. It refines in fiberglass and is bottled with the waning moon without filtering and adding sulfur. A wine where floral, fruity notes of truffle herbs, cocoa and oriental spices emerge on the nose. On the palate the tannins are very fine. Very elegant wine!

570 "Allius" di Montecorneo is a tonic and crunchy version of Montepulciano. A part of the grapes is pressed, the rest undergoes a semi-carbonic fermentation, in order to let the wine express the fresher soul of the grape, deliberately avoiding a concentrated effect.

Lautazio is a red wine made from Ciliegiolo grapes that ages in glass-cement containers for the whole winter and undergoes the first racking with the waning February moon. Brucisco Rosso is a Sangiovese, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon based wine. The aging for the Sangiovese and Merlot takes place in steel, while the Cabernet Sauvignon ages for 11 months in 10-hectolitre oak. The nose smells of red fruit, undergrowth and spices. On the palate it is balanced, greedy and elegant with a good tannic structure.

The Merlo Nero di Collecapretta is a wine that is produced from Merlot grapes. Fermentation in open vats with its own yeasts for 6 days and refinement in fiberglass for 8 months.
