The Ventisei is vinified in purity with Pinot Nero grapes in purity. It is produced in Mugello, a territory of Tuscany where vines of Nordic tradition find the conditions to express an original typicality. It has a pale ruby red color. The Cuna by Podere Santa Felicita is a red wine made from Pinot Noir grapes. Fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts only in open oak and chestnut vats of 4.5 and 7 quintals. Refine on the fine lees in used Burgundian barrels of 228 liters. Ruby red in color with aromas of red fruit reminiscent of strawberry, red currant, bay leaf, lavender and rosemary. In the mouth it is a burst of acidity with fresh tannins and a long finish.
