Ottavio is a rustic and pleasant red wine produced with red grapes. Fermentation is spontaneous with only indigenous yeasts with maceration on the skins for a week in steel and cement containers. Bottled the following spring without use, sulfur dioxide is added or filtered. Ottavio has a pale ruby red color with floral and spicy aromas typical of Grignolino. On the palate it is fresh, pleasant, with light tannins and great drinkability.

"Saltamartì" by Els Vinyerons is a juicy red wine, dominated by plum, currant and raspberry tones. Obtained from Tempranillo grapes of the 2022 vintage which are macerated on the skins for 3 days before aging in steel tanks. In the next phase, it is combined with part of the 2021 vintage which ages for 12 months in old 300 L French oak barrels. Finally, the wine was left to rest in tanks for a few weeks before bottling. The result is a rich and generous red wine, which well expresses the terroir of origin and the strong bond with tradition.

The Bourgogne Pinot Noir De l'Aube a l'Aube by Domaine Maryse Chatelain is a wine that on the nose offers aromas of red fruits followed by spicy and earthy notes. The sip is dense and rich, supported by pure tannin and a lot of freshness that makes the sip pleasant and drinkable. Gattorosso by Sàgona is a juicy and medium-bodied red wine made with an important base of Sangiovese, to which are added other red berried grapes traditionally grown in Tuscany: Malvasia Nera, Colorino, Ciliegiolo and Canaiolo.
