Vin de France Syrah by François Dumas is a red wine obtained from the grapes of the same name that grow on soils rich in granite, quartz and sand. The vinification takes place with 70% of the whole bunches while the rest is de-stemmed by hand. Fermentation with maceration on the skins for 3 weeks in open vats. Aging for 22 months in old barriques before bottling.

The name Losna in the Carpeneto dialect means 'the flash of lightning'. Obtained from 100% red grapes, it is refined in different types of wood, not first passage, between tonneaux barrels and barriques. The nose is fruity, with hints of red pulp fruit. On the palate the drink is pleasant, smooth, aromatic and fresh. Good persistence.

Alea Viva is a red wine made from pure red grapes that grow on a volcanic soil at 450 m above sea level. 18 months aging in steel / cement barrels and at least 2 months in bottle before being put on the market. Alea Viva has a ruby hue with a nail that turns towards the garnet. Delicate on the nose with floral notes of pink and violet and fruity sensations of dark tones, which evoke berries and plum. In the mouth it is enveloping, warm with fruity returns and a broad gustatory development and a long finish on ferrous notes

Tagadà is a rosé wine obtained from a blend of all three grapes. The grapes are strictly organic (use in the vineyard only of copper and sulfur) that come from vineyards, about thirty years old at 600 meters high. In the cellar spontaneous fermentations and no additions of any kind, nor sulphites (at any stage of processing and bottling) or other, not even filtering and clarification.

Rosso Arcaico by Andrea Occhipinti is a wine obtained from a blend of red grapes that grapes come from vineyards of an average age of 20 years planted on volcanic soils. Torre Rosso is obtained with the classic Umbrian grapes such as Gamay del Trasimeno, Canaiolo and Ciliegiolo. It is refined in steel tanks and after two decanting of clarification respecting the phases of the moon, it is bottled without adding sulfur. The nose offers a nice olfactory bouquet, mainly composed of fruity memories, among which the hints of cherry and plum stand out. The taste is fresh and smooth, medium-bodied and persistent.

RAPP by Rocco di Carpaneto is a red wine made from red grapes. Rapp means bunch in the old Carpanese dialect. Fermentation occurs spontaneously in steel tanks, with the exclusive use of wild yeasts, and prolonged maceration. Then it is aged for at least 20 months in large barrels. A wine that expresses aromas of red fruit, spices and balsamic notes on the nose. In the mouth the tannin is mordibo and stands out for its acidity.
