Sollùchero by Nevio Scala is the most fragrant wine of the company, the result of the dry expression of white and yellow Moscato grapes that come from the vineyard overlooking the old courtyard of the cellar. The wine expresses itself with aromatic hints that mainly recall yellow-fleshed fruit, citrus fruits and white flowers, while the sip shows a sweet, soft and persistent nature on the palate.

The grapes come from the vineyards of Bogonara and Sotto Cavazza where the yields per plant are low. Spontaneous fermentation in open vats for 30 days and aging for 10 months in 20 hl barrels.
