Stefano Amerghi's Syrah is the most faithful and truthful mirror of what the territory of Cortona is. It is vinified in cement with maturation for 24 months in small barrels. The name Losna in the Carpeneto dialect means 'the flash of lightning'. Obtained from 100% red grapes, it is refined in different types of wood, not first passage, between tonneaux barrels and barriques. The nose is fruity, with hints of red pulp fruit. RAPP by Rocco di Carpaneto is a red wine made from red grapes. Rapp means bunch in the old Carpanese dialect. Fermentation occurs spontaneously in steel tanks, with the exclusive use of wild yeasts, and prolonged maceration. Then it is aged for at least 20 months in large barrels. The Montepulciano d’Abruzzo Riserva by Praesidium is a powerful and structured red wine made from 100% Montepulciano grapes, from old naturally grown vines.
