Vin de France Syrah by François Dumas is a red wine obtained from the grapes of the same name that grow on soils rich in granite, quartz and sand. The vinification takes place with 70% of the whole bunches while the rest is de-stemmed by hand. Fermentation with maceration on the skins for 3 weeks in open vats. Aging for 22 months in old barriques before bottling.

The "Bric a Brac" by Domaine Les Deux Terres is an elegant and structured wine made from 100% Syrah grapes. Vinification with spontaneous fermentation and aging for a few months in barrique. Vincent and Manu only produce a few barriques of this cuvée because making a great Syrah is an exciting race for them.

Joseph Chamonard's Morgon is a red wine produced with Gamay grapes that come from one of the best areas of Beaujolais. Vineyards with an average age of 70 located on soils rich in shale. During the vinification the bunches are not de-stemmed but are left whole. A carbonic maceration process and a spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts follows. Refine 60% of the product in wood. It has a ruby red color. On the nose the aromas are intense with small red fruits and earthy hints. In the mouth it is full-bodied and enveloping, with young tannins and good freshness. It closes with a long and fresh finish.

Sylvian Pataille's Marsannay Rouge is a 100% Pinot Noir red wine grown on calcareous clay soil. Vinification with whole bunches in steel with maceration of about 3 weeks. The wine then ages for 24 months in barriques. On the nose aromas of red fruits, accompanied by spicy hints. On the palate the wine is deep, silky, velvety. To be consumed in front of a dinner in the company of a group of gourmet friends.

The Bourgogne Cote D'Or Pinot Noir Sans Soufre by Domaine Fabien Coche is a red wine made from grapes that come from four different plots located in Meursault and Pommard. Refine in large 300 liter barrels. No clarification or filtration before bottling. The nose reveals hints of red fruit, spicy and floral notes. On the palate it is soft, warm, with fine and elegant tannins, and good acidity and flavor.

Obtained from the homonymous grapes that grow on soils rich in granite, quartz and sand. Aging for 22 months in old barriques before bottling. A wine with aromas of red fruit and tannins present, to be drunk immediately or to be kept in the cellar for a few more years, to taste it in a more advanced version.

Irancy by Gabin et Félix Richoux is a fruity red wine with a good structure obtained from 100% black Pnor grapes. The grapes come from a vineyard located in the south / south-west at an average altitude of 150-200 masl, made up of vines planted between 1945 and 2015. Manual harvest. Spontaneous fermentations. Aging for 12 months in steel and 12 months in wood.
