Raspone is a pure and simple wine, genuine in everything and for everything, eighty from Aglianico grapes. It is an intense ruby red color. The Domaine Pierre Frick with its Pinot Noir Stein is confirmed as an indispensable point of reference on the Alsatian landscape. The place called Stein, which in German means stone and defines the stony ground of this place, is located at the top of the Bollenberg hill. Vindabeive is a light and carefree wine, with an overwhelming drink that ages for a few months in steel. It is clear and bright ruby red in color. Il Mille is a red wine obtained from a blend of Pallagrello Nero, Aglianico e Piedirosso. The grapes come from biodynamic vineyards that are located on volcanic soils. The vinification is spontaneous with only indigenous yeasts and the refinement takes place in concrete tanks. It does not undergo either clarification or filtration before being bottled. Il Mille has an intense ruby red color. The nose gives us intense aromas of pink fruit with notes of blackberry and floral and spicy touches.
