The Barbera d'Asti DOCG by Olek Bondonio is a wine made from grapes that come from a 30-year-old vineyard. Ferments with the skins for two weeks and refines in large barrels and steel. It is a broad-shouldered barbera, where acidity, tannin and fruit come out strongly. A wine with character, it releases energy but also elegance and cleanliness.

The name Losna in the Carpeneto dialect means 'the flash of lightning'. Obtained from 100% red grapes, it is refined in different types of wood, not first passage, between tonneaux barrels and barriques. The nose is fruity, with hints of red pulp fruit. On the palate the drink is pleasant, smooth, aromatic and fresh. Good persistence.

The Rossese di Testalonga is a fresh and fragrant wine that is produced with the homonymous grapes which are aged for a year in exhausted wooden barrels. Wine with a brilliant ruby red color. On the nose the bouquet is intense and elegant, with notes of red fruits, cherry, dog rose and spices. In the mouth it is fresh, soft with a long finish with peppery notes.

The Barbaresco of Cascina Roccalini is a full-bodied and very elegant red wine made from Nebbiolo grapes.The color is bright ruby red with a nose that expresses aromas of red fruits, spicy and tertiary aromas. In the mouth it is elegant, deep, very mineral and with tannins present, vigorous but at the same time delicate.

Bobotti is the pure cannonau produced by Piergraziano Sanna, a whimsical winemaker from Mamoiada. A feminine wine, according to the intentions of its creator, able to brighten up the romantic couple's dinners. Bobotti is the black man who according to Sardinian tradition scares children. The nose is fruity, with flavors of raspberries and ripe plums, notes of Mediterranean scrub and spices. The taste is warm, full-bodied, of excellent freshness and pleasantly tannic. Sangiovese by Massa Vecchia is an exciting wine, one of the best expressions of Sangiovese from the Maremma. Alcoholic fermentation that occurs spontaneously with maceration on the skins for about 3 weeks in conical chestnut vats. Refine for 30 months in oak barrels and at least 6 months in the bottle. A deep and elegant wine, with a full-bodied and energetic but always balanced sip, a great testimony of the union between Massa vecchia and the territory.
