The Chianti by Casale is a red wine made from Sangiovese, Canaiolo and Colorino grapes that come from old 50-year-old vines grown in biodynamic. It ages for eight years in a concrete tank and 2 years in a large chestnut barrel. On the nose the aromas are reminiscent of ripe red berry fruit, dried fruit, floral with notes of incense. The sip is very large and elegant, with integrated tannins and good freshness. Closes persistently.

Muster's Zweigelt is a complex wine with personality made from grapes of Zweigelt, a native Austrian grape variety. The name “Opok” derives from the calcareous-clayey soil typical of this area. The vineyards of the Opok line are the youngest of the company with an average age of 20 years. The grapes are harvested by hand and then de-stemmed. They ferment spontaneously with only indigenous yeasts in 225 liter barrels. Subsequently the wine ages in the same barrels for about 20 months. It is not filtered and no sulfur is added before bottling.

Red wine obtained from a blend of Corvina Veronese, Rondinella and Molinara. The vinification is carried out in steel barrels for about 10-12 days at a controlled temperature and re-fermented on the still warm and sugar-rich Amarone pomace immediately after the Amarone is racked. Aging in oak barrels for about 2-3 years and at least 6 months in the bottle. The color is ruby red tending to garnet with aging.
