Schioppettino by Bressan is purplish red with aromas reminiscent of wild blackberry, raspberry and blueberry, followed by the ever-present peppery notes. Les 35 Rangs originates from a prized 1.22-hectare vineyard planted in the mid-1960s by Paul Gilbert in the *lieu-dit* of Champaloin, in Vignoux-sous-les-Aix. The iron-rich Kimmeridgian soils lend this Pinot Noir extraordinary elegance, freshness, and depth. Following a maceration period of approximately 20 days, the wine ages for 18 months in a combination of barrels and tanks, developing a refined, vertical profile of great precision. On the palate, it is juicy, savory, and persistent, with a fine texture that makes it the estate's airiest Pinot Noir and an excellent choice for cellaring.

Karim Vionnet's Chiroubles is a high-altitude Gamay, ethereal and vibrant, made from 40-60 year-old vines rooted in granite and schist. The Montepulciano d’Abruzzo Riserva by Praesidium is a powerful and structured red wine made from 100% Montepulciano grapes, from old naturally grown vines. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts only and aging for two years in steel, two years in oak barrels and six months in bottle. On the palate it is enveloping, warm, with tannins amalgamated in the mass and an excellent persistence. A great Montepulciano from Abruzzo.

460 Casina Bric's Barolo Bricco delle Viole is a powerful and complex wine, exuberant and enterprising. Vinified in oak vats with the traditional batting of the hat. On the skins for 35/40 days. The Forestiero di Collecapretta is a powerful and elegant red wine that comes from pure Sagrantino grapes. A handful of bunches that are harvested by hand and spontaneously vinified in open vats with maceration on the skins for 6 days. It refines in fiberglass and is bottled with the waning moon without filtering and adding sulfur. A wine where floral, fruity notes of truffle herbs, cocoa and oriental spices emerge on the nose. On the palate the tannins are very fine. Very elegant wine!

Cupersito by Casebianche is a pure Aglianico of great texture. The vinification is spontaneous with maceration of 10-12 days, and continuous pumping over the entire period of alcoholic fermentation. Then it refines 12 months for half in large barrels from 20 hl and for the other in tonneau. A wine with an intense ruby red color. On the nose evident hints of red fruit, in particular black cherry and red fruit, notes of licorice, nutmeg and sweet tobacco. body, enveloping, with tannins in evidence, good freshness with a good finish.
