The "Stella Retica" Valtellina Superiore Sassella by Ar.Pe.Pe is a red wine produced using Nebbiolo (Chiavennasca) grapes, coming from vineyards located on calcareous and pebbly soils. Refinement takes place for 2 years in large oak barrels. On the nose fine and elegant aromas of red fruits and flowers, with spicy notes. On the palate it is fresh, savory, enveloping, with silky tannins. Very long finish.

Naked Red by Weingut Heinrich is a light, harmonious and juicy red wine, born from a marriage of Zweigelt, Blaufränkisch and Saint Laurent. The grapes are harvested by hand from mid-September to early October and when they reach the cellar they ferment with their own yeasts and macerate with the skins in fermentation vats of wood and stainless steel. Refine for more than a year in wooden barrels.

The Forestiero di Collecapretta is a powerful and elegant red wine that comes from pure Sagrantino grapes. A handful of bunches that are harvested by hand and spontaneously vinified in open vats with maceration on the skins for 6 days. It refines in fiberglass and is bottled with the waning moon without filtering and adding sulfur. A wine where floral, fruity notes of truffle herbs, cocoa and oriental spices emerge on the nose. The Montepulciano d’Abruzzo Riserva by Praesidium is a powerful and structured red wine made from 100% Montepulciano grapes, from old naturally grown vines. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts only and aging for two years in steel, two years in oak barrels and six months in bottle. On the palate it is enveloping, warm, with tannins amalgamated in the mass and an excellent persistence. A great Montepulciano from Abruzzo.

Vin de France Granite by Michel Guignier is an elegant and complex red wine made from Gamay grapes grown in the splendid vineyards near Michel's house, which are located in the Morgon appellation, characterized by soils of decomposed granite and friable shales defined at the regional level like "rotten rock". This wine was fermented in cement tanks using whole bunches and, after pressing, using a vertical wooden press that slowly and gently presses the grapes, it is transferred to large and old wooden barrels with a capacity of between 20 hectoliters and 37 hectoliters.

Velut Luna is a red wine produced with 100% Nebbiolo grapes that grow on porphyritic and volcanic soils with abundant presence of iron. The Cocciapazza Montepulciano d'Abruzzo from Torre dei Beati and a balanced wine that fully reflects the territory of Loreto Aprutino. It comes from grapes of Montepulciano that come from 40 year old vines located at the foot of the Gran Sasso on clayey-limestone soils. It has a very intense and dense ruby red color, with purple reflections in youth. The characteristic red Montepulciano fruit, particularly broad and mature, is in perfect balance with the rich spiciness of black pepper and licorice, and embellished with typical balsamic notes, of chocolate and tobacco. Excellent structure and volume in the mouth, characterized by well-present tannins, but soft and evolved, of great maturity. Fat and caressing in the finish, with very long persistence in the mouth.

Montisci's "Franzisca" Cannonau Riserva is a pulpy and overwhelming wine made from Cannonau grapes that come from 80-year-old vineyards.
