Erre is a red wine produced with Aglianico grapes that come from vineyards with an average age of 50 years in the vineyards. it has a deep ruby red color. Ut Bibendum is a red wine obtained from a blend of Canaiolo, black Malvasia and Pugnitello. Spontaneous vinification with 48-hour maceration. Aging in 10 Hl French wood for 4 months and then steel until bottling.

The "Ghiaretolo" of Santa Caterina is a red wine with good structure, fruity and enveloping obtained from Merlot grapes. Liaison is a taut and energetic red wine that tastes of red fruit. It is produced by Enderle & Moll which in a few years have become the reference point for Pinot Noir in Baden. Antoine Arena's Patrimonio Morta Maio is a rich, mineral and fruity red wine made from 100% nielluccio grapes. The grapes come from the vineyard named Morta Maio which arose on limestone-clayey and schist soil, planted in 2001 and has a very low yield of about 35hl / ha. Rully Rouge La Chaume by Domaine Jean-Yves Devevey is a delicious and exuberant version of Pinot Noir.
