Alea Viva is a red wine made from pure red grapes that grow on a volcanic soil at 450 m above sea level. 18 months aging in steel / cement barrels and at least 2 months in bottle before being put on the market. Alea Viva has a ruby hue with a nail that turns towards the garnet. Delicate on the nose with floral notes of pink and violet and fruity sensations of dark tones, which evoke berries and plum. In the mouth it is enveloping, warm with fruity returns and a broad gustatory development and a long finish on ferrous notes

Torre Rosso is obtained with the classic Umbrian grapes such as Gamay del Trasimeno, Canaiolo and Ciliegiolo. It is refined in steel tanks and after two decanting of clarification respecting the phases of the moon, it is bottled without adding sulfur. The nose offers a nice olfactory bouquet, mainly composed of fruity memories, among which the hints of cherry and plum stand out. The taste is fresh and smooth, medium-bodied and persistent.

Ottavio is a rustic and pleasant red wine produced with red grapes. Fermentation is spontaneous with only indigenous yeasts with maceration on the skins for a week in steel and cement containers. Bottled the following spring without use, sulfur dioxide is added or filtered. Ottavio has a pale ruby red color with floral and spicy aromas typical of Grignolino. On the palate it is fresh, pleasant, with light tannins and great drinkability.

The Litrozzo Rosso from Azienda Agricola Le Coste is a red wine obtained from a blend of red grapes. Manual grape harvest and spontaneous fermentation thanks to indigenous yeasts without the addition of sulfur dioxide. Aging in resin vat for a few months and then immediately in the bottle. Litrozzo Rosso is ruby red in color. The nose has an aromatic profile all played on the tones of red fruit. The sip is soft and juicy, with good body and balanced in acidity, and with a good finish. Collepazzo is a Cesanese di Affile in purity, grapes resulting from the blend of different volcanic and sandstone soils. Spontaneous fermentation without chemical additions and then 10 months of aging in concrete and 6 months in bottle. An artistic and multifaceted wine, in the sense that what might appear low in alcohol and poorly structured, actually has intense fruit and high drinkability but with structure and alcohol present, but absolutely not perceptible. Note of red fruit, wet earth and wild sensations are the masters.

The Faugères by Domaine Leon Barral is a red wine of race and personality, obtained from a blend of Cinsault, Grenache Noir, Carignano. Vinification with 50% destemming, spontaneous fermentation and maceration for 30 days in 130 hl cement vats. Racking, malolactic fermentation and aging on the fine lees in concrete vats for 2 years.
