Primordio by Cantina Giara is a red wine obtained from pure Primitivo grapes, coming from old sapling-trained vines.The vinification takes place spontaneously with only indigenous yeasts with a maceration on the skins between 10 and 12 days depending on the vintage, Aging in steel for 12 months. On the nose it expresses a wide, full and fragrant bouquet, characterized by continuous hints of red fruit. On the palate it is harmonious, warm, enveloping and well balanced.

Cupersito by Casebianche is a pure Aglianico of great texture. The vinification is spontaneous with maceration of 10-12 days, and continuous pumping over the entire period of alcoholic fermentation. Then it refines 12 months for half in large barrels from 20 hl and for the other in tonneau. A wine with an intense ruby red color. On the nose evident hints of red fruit, in particular black cherry and red fruit, notes of licorice, nutmeg and sweet tobacco. body, enveloping, with tannins in evidence, good freshness with a good finish.

Sacrisassi Rosso is an elegant and velvety red wine that comes from a blend of Refosco and Schioppettino. Aging takes place for 22 months in barrique. Velut Luna is a red wine produced with 100% Nebbiolo grapes that grow on porphyritic and volcanic soils with abundant presence of iron. Vinified in steel it ages 12/15 months in 225 liter French oak barrels. The color is bright and transparent garnet. The nose recognizes floral notes such as violet, cyclamen and rose, fruity of cherry and raspberry with hints of licorice and vanilla. In the mouth it is enveloping, fresh with very fine tannins and long persistence. A pure nebbiolo of great balance, with a dragging drink.

The Cocciapazza Montepulciano d'Abruzzo from Torre dei Beati and a balanced wine that fully reflects the territory of Loreto Aprutino. It comes from grapes of Montepulciano that come from 40 year old vines located at the foot of the Gran Sasso on clayey-limestone soils. It has a very intense and dense ruby red color, with purple reflections in youth. The characteristic red Montepulciano fruit, particularly broad and mature, is in perfect balance with the rich spiciness of black pepper and licorice, and embellished with typical balsamic notes, of chocolate and tobacco. Excellent structure and volume in the mouth, characterized by well-present tannins, but soft and evolved, of great maturity. Fat and caressing in the finish, with very long persistence in the mouth.

Montisci's "Franzisca" Cannonau Riserva is a pulpy and overwhelming wine made from Cannonau grapes that come from 80-year-old vineyards. Artù di Fattoria San Lorenzo is obtained from a blend of Montepulciano and Sangiovese. It ferments spontaneously with only indigenous yeasts in steel tanks with 25-day maceration. The refinement is 20 months in used barriques and 4 in the bottle. Only 6000 bottles produced for this wine of excellent value for money. It has a deep ruby red color. The nose reveals notes of licorice root, cocoa and red fruit. In the mouth it is sumptuous with smooth tannins, balanced.

The Rosso di contrada by Marabino is a wine that is an expression of the territory, with sweet tannins and good freshness. Produced from Nero d'Avola grapes coming from different vineyards: Coniglio, Lenza Lungo, Conca and Parrino, each characterized by different types of soil, exposure and slopes. To better understand the potential of each individual vineyard, each parcel is vinified and aged separately. After blending, the wine matures in steel tanks for a year, bottling takes place on the fruit days of the lunar calendar.

"Bricco del Noce" from the Trinchero Agricultural Company is a Barbera rich in fruit and freshness, but at the same time capable of maintaining an admirable balance on the sip. The Greco nero by Nasciri is a red wine that ages for 9 months in steel before bottling. Of a beautiful purplish red, it smells of licorice, dried black berried fruits and medicinal herbs. The taste is robust, quite fresh, with pleasant hints of smoke, tobacco, licorice and spices. Excellent with grilled red meat or aged cheeses.

Don Pippinu by Vini Scirto is a red wine obtained from grapes from a centuries-old vineyard, partly ungrafted, located on Etna. After the harvest which takes place around the first half of October, the grapes are fermented spontaneously in steel for around 10/20 days. Refine in tonneaux for at least 18 months. The nose teases with red and fleshy fruit, recalling black cherries and berries. Initially it is rebellious and energetic, stirring herbaceous and spicy sensations inside, but then it stabilizes, becoming almost balsamic, fresh and with a suitable minerality. The tannic texture that pervades it makes it elegant and intriguing.
