Crozes-Hermitage is made from 100% Syrah grapes. Maceration on the skins for 20 days. After racking, it refines for 10 months in 500 liter spent barrels. Rosso di Montepulciano di Poderi Sanguineto is a red wine produced from a blend of Sangiovese, Canaiolo Nero and Mammolo. Refine one year in oak barrels. Fruity, floral and slightly vinous aromas are released on the nose, with light spicy notes. On the palate it is full-bodied, fresh in acidity with a long finish and fruity returns.

The Barolo Ravera di Principiano is a red wine made from Nebbiolo grapes that come from an almost fifty-year-old vineyard located in the Ravera sub-area in Monforte d'Alba. Refine for twenty-four months in 15-hectolitre barrels. The nose is intense with hints of dark fruit, black cherries and black cherries, followed by tertiary notes of spices, leather, tobacco and incense. On the palate it is warm and enveloping, balanced and structured, with fine and elegant tannins. It closes long on fruity notes.

The Taurasi Riserva di Perillo is made from Aglianico grapes that come from old vineyards over a century old. It is a wine of great structure but also endowed with great finesse. The Taurasi di Perillo is a red wine obtained from pure Aglianico grapes. The "5" from Fattoria le Boncie is a red wine obtained from a blend of Sangiovese, Mammolo, Foglia Tonda and Colorino. Aging of about 8 months in wooden barrels.
