Ottocento Bianco is a maceration wine obtained from a blend of Malvasia Istriana, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio and Chardonnay. Spontaneous vinification with only indigenous yeasts and maceration on the skins for 10 days. Aging of 12/14 months in large oak barrels follows. A wine with an amber yellow colour. The nose reveals aromas of fruit, with notes of resin and balsamic. On the palate it is warm, fresh, powerful and mineral, infinite.

Martin Arndorfer's Riesling Handcraftede is obtained from the grapes of the same name and come from the Kemtal Valley, from the Gaisberg and Wechselberg vineyards, planted between '64 and '83 on soils rich in rocks that make the wines acquire minerality, finesse and elegance. Esencia Rural De Sol at Sol Airen Rancio is an orange wine with an oxidative style, obtained from Airèn grapes. It has an amber yellow color with orange reflections in the glass. Hip Hip J ... S by Domaine L'Octavin is a white wine made from Savagnin grapes that come from the Domaine Villet in Arbois. Macerated in whole bunches for two months, followed by a year of aging in large oak barrels.
