Una Giornata al Mare by Nuzzella is a macerated white wine produced with Carricante, and a small part of Catarratto. Sketta by Cantina Marilina is a white wine obtained from grapes of Grecanico in purity with the ancestral method. The name means, in Sicilian dialect, young lady, single, today better known as single. The grapes come from vineyards located on the white calcareous soils of the Val di Noto, which give the wines beautiful structures and allow for longer refinements. Spontaneous vinification in concrete tanks and aging for 6 months in the same tanks and then in the bottle for 3 months.

Munjebel Bianco is obtained from a blend of golden greens, carving and fox code from vineyards that grow on foot freely on the slopes of Etna at an altitude of 1000 meters. The fermentation is spontaneous with only indigenous yeasts, as in the Cornellissen style, and remains in contact with the skins for 5 days. Refinement in 1500 liter containers. SP68 Bianco is a fresh and fruity wine that best expresses the personality of Sicily. Born from a blend of Albanello and Zibibbo. It has a straw yellow color. On the nose are obvious hints of exotic fruit, honey and Mediterranean scrub. The mouth is fresh, mineral with a slightly almond-shaped closure. Griddu Verde is a mineral and sunny white wine that comes from a blend of white grapes.
