The “Selva di Sotto” by La Staffa is a fine and harmonious white wine, with a strong and refined personality, the result of the vinification of a particularly suitable Verdicchio cru, planted in 1974, and of a chat between Riccardo Baldi and Carlo Pigini, already director and oenologist of the Colonnara winery in Cupramontana. A Verdicchio that was born inspired by ancient traditions, in which no sulfur dioxide is added during the production process and the must is left to cool with the ancient technique of decanting air. Vinification and aging take place in concrete tanks.

Terre Silvate is a white wine obtained from Verdicchio grapes, supplemented according to the vintage by a small presence of Trebbiano and Malvasia, according to the ancient tradition. Refine for about 6 months in concrete tanks. On the nose, delicate aromas of sour apple, citrus, white flowers and herbs. On the palate it is dry, with a pleasant acidity and with the evolution in the bottle it tends to acquire softness and pleasant honeyed and almond tones.

The Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi "Origini" by Fattoria Nanni is a white wine of great expressiveness and typicality that refines exclusively in steel. Le Oche is a white wine made from Verdicchio grapes. Aging for 18 months on its own yeasts in the same tanks. Straw yellow color with a nose that expresses beautiful fruity notes, notes of broom and touches of minerality. The freshness and flavor are remarkable in the mouth. Soft and balanced, it closes along with the classic note of bitter mardorla. A great white that has become a reference for the denomination.
