"Gino" by Fattoria San Lorenzo is a white wine made from Verdicchio grapes. Aging in the same tanks for 6 months on the lees. It is the simplest of the Verdicchi di Fattoria San lorenzo but offers incredible drinkability. The color is straw yellow with a fl oreal nose on a citrine-saline note. EHey! by Amos Baneres is a white wine obtained from a blend of Macabeo and Xarel-lo. In the cellar the Macabeo is pressed directly while the Xarel-lo is destemmed and macerated for 10 days on the skins.
