These vineyards have been active for about 4 generations and we can find vines in production from a minimum of 5 years of age up to a maximum of 80 years. After the manual harvest, the must remains for at least 11 months in large barrels, then producing an intense wine with a great personality and capable of expressing more expressive characteristics after a few years of aging.

The grapes, after harvesting, are destemmed and then fermented in steel. Refines “sans ouillage” (full barrel) for 48 months. Typical nose with elegant oxidized note. Walnut and celery.
