Ognostro, from the local dialect Ink, by Marco Tinessa is a red wine of great power and richness that comes to life from red grapes from old vineyards with an average age of 25 years. Aging in terracotta amphorae for a period ranging from 2 to 3 years depending on the vintage. Wide aromas are released on the nose with flavors of red fruit, citrus puffs and spicy hints. On the palate it is fresh, vertical, enveloping with a long finish.

Cantina Giardino's Fiano "Gaia" is an intense and complex wine made from grapes of the homonymous vine that come from old vines with an age ranging from 30 to 100 years. The refinement takes place inside the same containers, on the fine lees, for 12 months. It has fruity and floral aromas on the nose, followed by a slightly spicy note. The sip is of great structure, beautiful acidity and well integrated alcoholic note, it closes on citrus notes and sweet aftertaste

The Don Chichotte is a macerated white wine made from 100% Fiano grapes that come from a 20 year old vineyard located at 800 m.s.l.m. The color is golden yellow with intense and original aromas reminiscent of gentian and cinchona, officinal herbs. Only 600 bottles produced for this gem obtained from Ginestra, Pepella and Bianca Tenera, all autochthonous vines of the Amalfi coast. On the palate it is fresh, salty and persistent.

"T'ara rà" is a white wine born from Greco grapes grown in the highest areas of the Giardino Winery. "Paski" by Cantina Giardino is a white wine made from Coda di Volpe grapes that come from 60-year-old sapling-trained vines. After the manual harvest, and a 4-day maceration, the grapes are divided and a part ferments in small chestnut barrels for 2 months, while the remaining part in steel tanks. Once the fermentation period is over, it is assembled and the refinement on the fine lees continues in steel tanks for 12 months. The nose reveals intense and complex aromas, reminiscent of notes of ripe yellow fruit, notes of honey and mineral hints. On the palate it is full-bodied and enveloping, soft, with good acidity and flavor.
