"O Pando" by La Perdida is a white wine with character, obtained from 100% Godello grapes which remain in contact with the skins for a week in 400 liter tinajas. The grapes come from very old vines which arise on clayey soil which takes the name of O Pando. Refines with the skins for a further 4 months in 400 liter tinajas, old chestnut and French oak barrels. O Pando is a deep and complex wine with enormous vigor. On the sip the mouth is structured, with excellent acidity and minerality. The finish is long and tasty.

Albamar by Bodegas Albamar is a white wine produced from Albariño grapes which have their roots in sandy soils of granite origin which make this wine of great flavor and complexity. Conasbrancas by Fedellos do Couto is a wine produced with a prevalence of Doña grapes Blanca, Godello and Golgadeira grown on sandy and granite soils in the coldest area of the Ribeira Sacra. Fermented in whole bunches and 45 days of maceration on the skins. After vinification, it is left to rest for about eight months in oak barrels. A wine with fruity aromas and a fresh, full-bodied and intense sip with a long and mineral finish.

Airene by Vinos Ambizè is a white wine made from the Airén grape. It comes from 40-year-old vines, guaranteeing its richness and complexity of flavor. Fermentation in steel with indigenous yeasts and without temperature control. The contact with the skins lasts about four days. The wine ages in steel tanks for six months. Once bottled, the wine rests in the cellar for a month.

Orange by Bodegas Cueva is a fresh and intense white wine, which the long maceration with the skins gives it volume and a great fruity expression. The Pelá Llano by Indar is a white wine made from 100% Airen grapes. Fermentation in steel with maceration on the skins. Half is pressed and the remainder still remains in contact with the skins. Neither filtration nor addition of sulphites. The nose offers floral, herbaceous and balsamic notes. Dry and mineral sip. Structure and pulp well balanced by an acid lash.

"La Bestia" by Oriol Artigas is a large and creamy white wine made from 100% Pansa Blanca grapes. On the nose stand out aromas of white fruit, followed by Mediterranean scents. "La Bella" by Oriol Artigas is a white wine produced from 100% Pansa Blanca grapes. It is a crunchy and pleasantly sapid wine. On the nose stand the aromas of ripe white fruit, followed by notes of white flowers and Mediterranean herbs. In the mouth it is juicy, of good consistency and structure, with a fairly long finish. "La Bella" is a wine able to refer us with its perfumes to the Mediterranean landscapes.

Navaherreros Blanco is a white wine made from autochthonous grapes such as Albillo and Macabeo which come from old vines between the ages of 25 and 80. Refinement in used barrels for 12 months. The wine is not filtered or stabilized before being bottled. On the nose there are evident aromas of ripe yellow fleshed fruits, mineral, citrus and herbaceous notes. On the palate it is complex, balanced, fruity and fresh, with a long finish.
