Airene by Vinos Ambizè is a white wine made from the Airén grape. It comes from 40-year-old vines, guaranteeing its richness and complexity of flavor. Fermentation in steel with indigenous yeasts and without temperature control. The contact with the skins lasts about four days. The wine ages in steel tanks for six months. Once bottled, the wine rests in the cellar for a month.

The Pelá Llano by Indar is a white wine made from 100% Airen grapes. Fermentation in steel with maceration on the skins. Half is pressed and the remainder still remains in contact with the skins. The Tragolargo Blanco is a wine from Alicante and produced with Moscatel and Malvasia grapes that are vinified spontaneously with a period of maceration on the skins. It is presented to the glass of a yellow color tending to orange. Nose that stands out for its delicious orange peel notes, which balance deliciously with the floral tones of the Moscatel grape. On the palate it is soft and of good freshness which makes it wonderful with food.

SP, from Subirat Parent, a vine related to Malvasia that Partida Creus saved from extinction. The vines grow on the clayey and calcareous soils of Catalonia. Spontaneously fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged in steel. Unfiltered. All nose is a burst of aromas of tropical fruit, sweet grapefruit, and lemon peel. On the palate it stands out for its freshness and minerality. A funky and charming wine.
