"Egesta" by Aldo Viola is a white wine made from 100% Grillo grapes that macerate on the skins for at least 6 months. The nose espriem hints of citrus, candied fruit, Mediterranean and mineral notes. The “Selva di Sotto” by La Staffa is a fine and harmonious white wine, with a strong and refined personality, the result of the vinification of a particularly suitable Verdicchio cru, planted in 1974, and of a chat between Riccardo Baldi and Carlo Pigini, already director and oenologist of the Colonnara winery in Cupramontana. A Verdicchio that was born inspired by ancient traditions, in which no sulfur dioxide is added during the production process and the must is left to cool with the ancient technique of decanting air. Vinification and aging take place in concrete tanks.

Maceratum di Fongoli is a macerated white wine obtained with Trebbiano Spoletino grapes. The hand-picked grapes are fermented in open vats with spontaneous yeasts on the skins without temperature control and with manual punching down three times a day. The "San Leto " is obtained from white grapes that come exclusively from old vineyards that grow on soils composed of white limestone and clayey marl.
