Hip Hip J ... S by Domaine L'Octavin is a white wine made from Savagnin grapes that come from the Domaine Villet in Arbois. Macerated in whole bunches for two months, followed by a year of aging in large oak barrels. Naturè in the local dialect is the old name of Savignin. In this cuvée it comes from 50-55 year old vines. A code name, B.B.1, for a wine obtained from a blend of Chardonnay and Savagnin, and signed by Ludwig Bindernagel, an architect who became a winemaker in 2003.
