Attention Chenin Méchant by Clos Des Treilles is a white wine made from 100% Chenin Blanc grapes. It then ages for three months in steel before being bottled. The Riesling by Domaine Durman is a counter wine obtained from the homonymous grapes that come from old vines located on soils rich in stoneware.
