Nikolas Juretic’s Belo is a blend of indigenous white grapes from Cormòns vineyards rooted in *Ponca*—a soil rich in sandstone, marl, and limestone. Born from a vintage marked by a hailstorm on July 26, 2024, Belo brings together grapes originally destined for Waldo, creating a cuvée of great authenticity. It undergoes brief skin maceration and ages for approximately 11 months in a mix of concrete tanks and large oak barrels. Bottled without fining or filtration, with minimal added sulfites. A fresh, vertical, and savory wine with a mineral finish. An essential, honest white wine produced in limited quantities.

Loxarel’s A Pèl Parellada Montònega is a white wine made from 100% Parellada Montenega, fermented and aged in amphorae using only indigenous yeasts. Produced without added sulfites, filtration, or stabilization, it expresses the full purity of the grape variety and the terroir. It presents a straw-yellow color with greenish hues and may appear slightly hazy. On the nose, it releases notes of pink grapefruit, wild thyme, and Mediterranean scrub, while on the palate, it is fresh, creamy, complex, and persistent, with hints of white fruit.

Loxarel’s A Pèl Blanc is a white wine made from Xarel·lo grapes grown at the Can Mayol estate. Fermented and aged in terracotta amphorae using indigenous yeasts, it is produced without added sulfites, fining, or filtration, allowing the true character of the grape variety to shine through. In the glass, it displays a golden-yellow hue, sometimes with a slight haze. The nose offers notes of honey, honeycomb, and wild thyme, while the palate is fresh, structured, and complex, with a long-lasting finish.

Molitor's Riesling Alte Reben Trocken is a white wine obtained from pure Riesling grapes. This is the oldest vintage available. The scent is buttery and tropical, leeches and passion fruit on chalk and burnt rubber. In the glass it evolves into a disarming complexity, surprising freshness on the palate. Peach and lemon on the nose, flint. Burnt rubber now looks like oil. Long and austere, fresh and drinkable. A great emotion.

Note di Bianco is a tribute to the most authentic Sicily, scented with the sea and sun-scorched earth, yet capable of surprising freshness. From the clayey soils of Santa Ninfa, Alessandro Viola extracts a pure Grillo that vibrates with saline energy. Vinified spontaneously in stainless steel without fining or filtration, this white wine presents itself in the glass with a genuine cheerfulness. The nose dances between orange blossom and lemon zest, while the palate is direct, agile, and profoundly savory, a faithful reflection of the Trapani terroir. A "naked" and convivial wine, imbued with the light and wind of Sicily.

Greko is undoubtedly the most intriguing wine of Menat, born as a challenge to interpret Greco, a native vine with a phenolic maturation difficult to enhance in purity. Aging for 6 months on the skins in the classic Georgian Kvevri. Exotic nose with hints of grapes, tea, citrus fruits and spices. Mouth with an agile polyphenolic structure, almost ethereal, savory, to be swallowed and drunk more than to taste.

Buscaia di Collecapretta is a white wine made from Malvasia Bianca grapes with a tight bunch and Malvasia di Candia. From the yellow color tending to golden with delicate and varietal aromas of flowers, lavender and hawthorn, in which the minerality of the soil and brackish and clay tones in the sun stands out. Delicate, fresh in the mouth supported by a nice flavor.

Semplicemente Vino Bianco by Cascina degli Ulivi is an agile and fruity wine produced with white grapes from vineyards that rest on red and clayey soils. The alcoholic fermentation is spontaneous in acacia wood barrels and the aging on the fine lees is 3 months in the same containers. Naturally clarified, it undergoes a light filtration before bottling. No addition of sulfur dioxide during all stages of production.

Alveda is Baccagnano’s most structured Albana; it is produced via spontaneous fermentation and aged for nine months in barriques, followed by eighteen months of bottle aging. In the Romagna dialect, *Pirona* means "spinning top"—a reference to the shape of Georgian *qvevri*, the terracotta vessels in which this wine ferments on the skins for 31 days. During maceration, the cap remains intact and unbroken, allowing the wine to follow its own natural course. After racking, the wine ages in stainless steel tanks until late spring. In the glass, it displays a golden yellow hue with amber highlights. The nose offers notes of dried apricot, honey, aromatic herbs, and orange zest. On the palate, it is full-bodied, textured, and balanced, featuring pleasant acidity, delicate tannins, and a long, savory finish.
