Sorga Blanc by La Sorga is a fresh and fruity white wine that comes from Mauzav and Chardonnay grapes, which come from old vines located on Villafranchiani land in the municipality of Pézenas (Vallée de L'Hérault). In the cellar, the vinification takes place with a whole cluster fermentation for the Mauzac with maceration on the skins for 60 days instead, the Chardonnay is pressed directly .; the two wines are blended once the fermentation is over.
