Manuel Pulcini's Bercio del Sirca is a wine made from a blend of grapes mainly Vermentino, but also a small percentage of other white grape varieties from old vineyards scattered on the hills of the Lucca and Pisan countryside. Refinement takes place for 6 months in steel. An easy and juicy snack wine with extreme freshness and minerality.

"Ansonaco" is an intense and rich macerated white wine obtained from the native Ansonaco vine. Refines in steel tanks. Before being bottled it is not clarified, neither filtered nor stabilized. The "Ansonaco" is a dry white wine with an orange color. The nose reveals aromas of ripe fruit, followed by notes of Mediterranean scrub, smoky and mineral scents. On the palate it is robust, powerful and dry.

Manuel Pulcini's Marroca is an elegant and vibrant white wine obtained from a blend of Trebbiano, Malvasia, Vermentino and other white grape varieties. The name derives from an ancient Tuscan word that indicated the monster of the well that frightened children.
